51.2% of positions required aa two-year technical degree or above. Another 32.9% required an undergraduate degree or above, and 0.6% of positions in the data set required a master’s degree.
Experience Requirements for Admin Managers in China
And here we have a breakdown of the experience required for Administrative Manager positions.
36.3% of jobs listed have 3-5 years of experience required. Another 31.8% and 11.9% of positions required 1-3 and 5-10 years of experience, respectively.

It is also important to note that these requirements are the ones advertised by companies on BOSS Zhipin’s platforms. We don’t have the data to extract exactly how closely hiring managers stick to these requirements when assessing candidates.
