Job Description:

Yurun Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Cost Manager to oversee and manage all cost-related aspects of our projects. This role demands a professional with a strong background in cost prediction, accounting, planning, and decision-making within a project environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring financial efficiency and control throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all project cost control activities, including cost prediction, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis and risk assessments for new and ongoing projects.
• Develop and implement robust cost accounting systems and procedures.
• Monitor project expenditures against budgets, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare comprehensive cost reports, forecasts, and financial summaries for senior management.
• Collaborate with project teams to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiencies.
• Participate in contract negotiations and vendor selection, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Provide expert advice on cost-related decisions to support strategic project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of progressive experience in project cost management, preferably within a large enterprise or diversified group.
• Proven expertise in cost prediction, cost accounting, cost planning, and cost decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and project management tools.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

任职要求:

• 5-10年项目成本管理工作经验，有大型集团或房地产项目经验者优先。
• 熟悉成本预测、成本核算、成本计划、成本决策等工作。
• 具备较强的成本分析能力和风险控制意识。
• 良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
• 熟练使用相关办公软件和财务管理软件。
• 严谨细致，责任心强。
