Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development and operation of the pre-cooked dish industrial park, ensuring its efficient and profitable functioning.
• Formulate and implement strategic plans for the industrial park, including market positioning, business models, and operational procedures.
• Oversee all aspects of the park’s operations, including infrastructure management, tenant relations, and service delivery.
• Identify and attract key enterprises and partners to establish operations within the industrial park, fostering a robust industry ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, industry associations, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and permits.
• Monitor industry trends, market demands, and technological advancements to drive innovation and competitiveness within the park.
• Manage budgets, resources, and personnel effectively to achieve performance targets.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in industrial park management, food processing, logistics, or related fields.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, project management, and business development.
• Strong understanding of the pre-cooked dish industry, food safety standards, and supply chain management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) required.

• 负责预制菜产业园的全面运营管理，确保园区高效、健康运转。
• 制定并实施产业园的发展战略、市场定位、招商策略和运营方案。

任职要求：

• 熟悉预制菜行业发展趋势、市场特点和产业链构成。
• 具备较强的战略规划、统筹协调、招商引资和团队管理能力。
• 具备良好的政策理解能力和与政府部门沟通协调能力。
• 具备敏锐的市场洞察力和风险控制能力。
• 具有高度的责任心、事业心，能够承受较大工作压力。
