The Food Delivery Business Unit is an organizational structure that provides end-to-end transaction services for users and merchants, establishing multiple departments including food delivery operations and innovative incubation projects.

Responsibilities:
- Industry Research: Conduct in-depth research on the development trends within the catering industry, precisely grasp market dynamics, explore business models and competitive landscapes across various segments of the industrial chain, identify new opportunities for industry development, and produce comprehensive industry research reports.
- Operational Analysis: Build and maintain an operational analysis system based on business understanding. Regularly review business performance and evaluate the effectiveness of key strategies, promptly identify critical operational issues, and propose actionable solutions.
- Strategy Support: Develop strategic solutions aligned with platform and customer needs. Coordinate internal and external resources (including frontline teams, product development, and finance), drive the successful implementation of strategies, and ensure continuous optimization.
- Goal Management: Set clear objectives based on core strategies, collaborate with relevant stakeholders to plan implementation pathways, and monitor progress to ensure successful achievement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or industry research. Proficient in analytical tools such as SQL/Python and well-versed in business model research methodologies.
- Analytical Skills: Possess systematic thinking and strong logical reasoning abilities. Capable of proactively seeking solutions through a holistic perspective, data-driven insights, and business acumen.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong project driving capability, a high sense of responsibility, and self-motivation.

- 行业研究:研究餐饮产业发展趋势,精准把握市场动态,深入探索产业链各环节的商业模型、竞争格局等,洞察行业发展新契机,产出行业研究报告。
- 经营分析:基于业务理解构建经营分析体系,定期经营复盘及关键策略效果评估,及时识别业务经营的关键问题,并提出解决方案。
- 策略支持:根据平台及客户需求制定策略方案,协调内外部资源(包括前线、产研、财务等团队),推动策略落地并持续优化。
- 目标管理:围绕核心策略制定目标,协同相关方规划实施路径并跟进达成。
岗位基本需求
- 本科及以上学历,数学、经济、统计、商业分析等相关专业优先。
- 3年以上商业分析/数据分析/行业研究经验,熟练使用分析工具SQL/Python等,掌握商业模型研究方法。
