Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning and design of product selection, including market research, competitive analysis, and identifying user needs.
• Develop a comprehensive product selection strategy and execution plan.
• Coordinate with various departments (R&D, operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth implementation of selection projects.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of selected products, identify problems, and propose optimization solutions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and technological developments, continuously optimize product selection processes and methods.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in product selection or related roles.
