Salary: 8,000 – 9,500 RMB/month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proficient Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team in Shanghai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of procurement activities, ensuring efficient order processing, effective communication with suppliers, and contributing to cost optimization initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional with strong English communication skills and a proven track record in procurement.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage domestic and international purchase orders, maintaining daily communication with suppliers.
• Facilitate communication and engagement with foreign suppliers, including during their visits.
• Execute purchase orders and contracts, overseeing the entire procurement process.
• Prepare and confirm purchase orders, coordinate shipment arrangements, and track delivery dates.
• Implement and refine cost reduction and control strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in procurement.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking), demonstrated by CET-4/6 or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, with weekends off.

岗位职责：

• 国内外采购订单下达及日常事宜沟通，国外供应商来访时沟通交流；
• 执行采购订单和采购合同，落实具体采购流程；
• 负责采购订单制作、确认、安排发货及跟踪到货日期；
• 执行并完善成本降低及控制方案;

职位要求：

本科及以上学历，1-2年相关工作经验，英语四六级，读写说流利，沟通能力强。

工作时间：

09:00 – 17:00，周末双休。

薪资福利：

月薪8000-9500元，缴纳五险一金。
