Responsibilities

As a Property Project Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of property operations, ensuring the delivery of high-standard services. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and implementing property management plans.
• Overseeing daily operational activities.
• Coordinating relationships with owners, tenants, and suppliers.
• Responding to and resolving emergency situations promptly.
• Optimizing work processes to enhance efficiency.
• Improving overall customer satisfaction.
• Regularly reporting on project progress and financial status.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with at least 3 years in a Project Manager or equivalent role (essential to have experience as a property manager for commercial complexes/shopping malls).
• Excellent communication and organizational coordination skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and coordinate various resources.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of quickly addressing complex situations.
• Exceptional customer service orientation, with the ability to handle and resolve client complaints professionally.
• Familiarity with property management regulations and industry standards.
• Local residency is preferred to better understand the local market and culture.

作为物业项目经理，您将负责全面管理物业运营，确保服务质量达到高标准。主要职责包括但不限于：制定并执行物业管理计划，监督日常运营活动，协调与业主、租户及供应商的关系，解决突发事件，优化工作流程，提升客户满意度，以及定期报告项目进度和财务状况。
