We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Development Engineer to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for cutting-edge energy storage battery cells, particularly those used in new energy applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in materials science, chemistry, or engineering, coupled with a proven track record in lithium battery design or process engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee process planning and risk identification for the integration of new energy storage battery cell products into manufacturing.
• Conduct or participate in technical research, analysis, validation, and application of new process equipment.
• Lead or contribute to process analysis, optimization, and implementation of improvements for both R&D and production lines.
• Provide expert technical support to production lines, taking the lead or assisting in resolving critical technical issues.
• Contribute to other internal R&D and daily operational tasks within the department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• For Bachelor’s degree holders, 6+ years of experience in lithium battery design or on-site process engineering; for Master’s degree holders, 3+ years of relevant experience. Experience with 314Ah and 587Ah energy storage cell development is highly preferred.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software, such as Minitab and EXCEL, with the ability to perform in-depth data analysis and interpretation.
• Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, along with a strong sense of teamwork and innovation.
• Demonstrate clear thinking and strong verbal and written communication abilities, including the capacity to write comprehensive technical project reports.
• Exhibit a high level of responsibility and dedication, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

岗位职责：

1. 负责储能电芯产品研发导入中工艺策划跟进及风险识别
2. 负责或者参与新工艺设备技术调研分析及验证开发应用
3. 负责或者参与研发&生产线工艺分析及优化改善实施
4. 负责产线技术支持，主导或协助解决关键问题
5. 参与部门内部其他的研发及日常工作。

任职资格：

1. 专业化学、材料学、机械工程、电气工程等专业方向；
2. 本科6年以上，硕士3年以上锂电池设计或者现场工艺经验，拥有储能314Ah、587Ah电芯开发经验者优先;
3. 熟练使用数据分析工具和软件，如Minitab、EXCEL等，能够实现对数据深入分析与解读；
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力，及较强的合作意识和创新意识；
5. 思维清晰，有较强的口头及书面表达能力，能撰写项目技术报告；
6. 具备高度的责任心和敬业精神，能够在压力下高效工作。
