New Media Operations Director

Salary: 8,000-12,000 RMB/month

Location: Chengdu, Wenjiang District

Responsibilities

  • Douyin (TikTok) Matrix Planning and Management: Establish and operate a Douyin account matrix, formulating differentiated positioning, content strategies, and account linkage mechanisms. Enhance overall matrix exposure and fan conversion efficiency through cross-account traffic synergy and leveraging trending topics.
  • Boss IP Account Operation: Take full lifecycle responsibility for operating the personal IP of the principal on platforms such as Douyin and WeChat Channels, from persona building and content planning to traffic advertising, continuously enhancing the IP’s industry influence and fan loyalty.
  • Factory B2B Video Operations: Based on B2B customer needs, plan content showcasing factory capabilities, customized product solutions, and industry solutions. Precisely target customers through short videos, live streams, and other formats to boost brand exposure and business lead conversion.
  • C2C Omnichannel E-commerce Operations: Oversee operations across all major e-commerce platforms, including Douyin Shop, WeChat Channel Shop, Tmall, JD.com, and Pinduoduo. This encompasses product listings, promotional campaign planning, traffic advertising, user operations, and cross-platform resource integration. Develop differentiated operational strategies for each platform to increase GMV, user repurchase rates, and brand penetration.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor data across various platforms and matrix accounts, analyze user behavior, traffic trends, and sales conversion funnels. Regularly propose operational optimization plans to achieve continuous breakthroughs in core metrics such as fan growth and GMV.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in new media and e-commerce operations, with a proven track record of successful cases in managing Douyin matrices, personal IP incubation, and multi-platform e-commerce projects.
  • Familiar with the rules and operational strategies of platforms such as Douyin, WeChat Channels, Tmall, JD.com, and Pinduoduo, possessing capabilities in omnichannel traffic integration and cross-platform collaboration.
  • Proficient in content planning, video editing (using tools like CapCut/Premiere Pro), advertising placement (e.g., Ocean Engine, Zhichitong), and data analysis (e.g., Business Advisor, Chanmama).
  • Possess excellent resource integration and cross-departmental collaboration abilities, with acute insights into market trends in the food manufacturing/consumer goods industry.
  • Results-oriented, strong ability to work under pressure, and adaptable to fast-paced, multi-threaded work environments.

  1. 抖音矩阵规划与管理:搭建并运营抖音账号矩阵,制定差异化定位、内容策略及账号联动机制,通过跨账号流量协同、热点借势等玩法,提升矩阵整体曝光与粉丝转化效率。
  2. 老板IP账号运营:负责老板个人IP在抖音、视频号等平台的全生命周期运营,从人设打造、内容策划到流量投放,持续提升IP行业影响力与粉丝黏性。
  3. 工厂B端视频运营:围绕B端客户需求,策划工厂实力展示、产品定制方案、行业解决方案等内容,通过短视频、直播等形式精准触达目标客户,促进品牌曝光与商机转化。
  4. C端全域电商运营:统筹抖音小店、视频号小店、天猫、京东、拼多多等主流电商平台的全渠道运营,涵盖商品上架、活动策划、流量投放、用户运营及跨平台资源整合;制定各平台差异化运营策略,提升店铺GMV、用户复购率与品牌渗透率。
  5. 数据驱动决策:监控各平台及矩阵账号数据,分析用户行为、流量趋势及销售转化链路,定期输出运营优化方案,实现粉丝增长、GMV等核心指标的持续突破。

任职要求

  • ✅ 3-5年新媒体与电商运营经验,有成功操盘抖音矩阵、个人IP孵化及多平台电商项目的案例;
  • ✅ 熟悉抖音、视频号、天猫、京东、拼多多等平台规则与运营玩法,具备全域流量整合与跨平台协同能力;
  • ✅ 精通内容策划、视频剪辑(剪映/PR等工具)、广告投放(巨量千川、直通车等)及数据分析(生意参谋、蝉妈妈等);
  • ✅ 具备优秀的资源整合能力、跨部门协作能力,对食品制造业/消费品行业市场趋势有敏锐洞察力;
  • ✅ 结果导向,抗压能力强,能适应快节奏、多线程工作模式。
