Responsibilities:
- Managing the accounts receivable process for domestic and international customers, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, collections and reconciliations.
- Collaborating with customers, sales, customer service and other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes promptly.
- Reviewing aging reports and follow up on past due accounts to minimize delinquencies and maintain healthy cash flow.
- Monitoring credit limits and make recommendations for adjustments based on creditworthiness and payment history.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer transactions and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders regarding account status and collections efforts.
- Assisting in month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and financial reporting.
