As an AI Technology Application and R&D Engineer, you will be instrumental in advancing our innovative solutions within the new energy and environmental protection sectors. Responsibilities:

• Participate in the planning, design, and development of new AI products, with a focus on image recognition, intelligent analysis, and big data applications.
• Translate product requirements and specifications into actionable technical plans and implement robust AI algorithms and models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, hardware engineers, and software developers, to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and optimization of AI models and applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Monitor market trends and technological advancements in AI, machine learning, and related fields to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Provide technical support and expertise for the deployment and maintenance of AI-driven systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices within the R&D team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in algorithm development, with a strong emphasis on image processing or intelligent analysis.
• Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language (e.g., Python, C++, Java).
• Familiarity with common AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV).
• Solid understanding of machine learning principles, deep learning techniques, and data analysis methods.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, test, and deploy AI models.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in the new energy or industrial automation sector is a plus.

岗位职责：

• 负责公司AI新产品研发、设计、应用、维护，包括基于图像识别，视频智能分析及大数据应用的AI算法、应用软件、测试、部署及维护；
• 根据产品需求与设计规格，完成技术方案制定与软件开发；
• 参与AI方案的架构设计和关键技术攻关；
• 配合公司项目完成软件的安装调试和现场技术支持工作。

任职要求：

• 本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、电子、人工智能等相关专业；
• 1-3年及以上算法开发经验，有图像处理或智能分析相关经验；
• 精通任一主流编程语言（Python、C++、Java等）；
• 熟悉常见的AI框架和库（如TensorFlow、PyTorch、OpenCV）；
• 熟悉机器学习、深度学习、数据分析；
• 具备独立开发、测试和优化AI模型的能力；
• 具备良好的分析问题、解决问题能力；
• 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
• 有新能源或工业自动化相关行业经验者优先。
