3D Printing Equipment Process Engineer

Salary Range: 10,000 – 20,000 RMB per month

Location: Xuzhou

Experience: 3-5 years

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and acceptance of 3D printing equipment, ensuring all operations meet process requirements and quality standards.
• Develop and optimize 3D printing process parameters, formulate and update process documents, and ensure parameter stability and process efficiency.
• Address and resolve various anomalies and issues during the equipment operation and production process, optimizing equipment performance.
• Conduct regular maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting of 3D printing equipment to ensure its stable operation and extend its service life.
• Participate in new product development and process validation, providing technical support and solutions.
• Train and guide production personnel on equipment operation and process specifications, improving overall operational efficiency and safety.
• Assist in the research and development of equipment and technology, conducting technical evaluations of new processes and equipment.
• Responsible for the daily technical support work of the project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Materials, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in 3D printing equipment process engineering, with previous experience in metal 3D printing preferred.
• Proficient in 3D printing equipment operation, process principles, and common material properties.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of independently handling complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a good sense of teamwork.
• CET-4 or equivalent English proficiency.

• 为生产人员提供设备操作和工艺规范的培训与指导，提高整体操作效率和安全生产水平。
• 协助进行设备与技术研发工作，对新的工艺、新设备进行技术评估。
• 负责项目日常技术支持工作。

任职要求：

• 机械、材料、自动化、计算机等相关专业本科及以上学历。
• 3D打印设备工艺工程师岗位3年以上工作经验，有金属3D打印相关工作经验优先。
• 熟悉3D打印设备操作、工艺原理及常用材料特性。
• 具备较强的解决问题和分析能力，能够独立处理复杂的技术问题。
• 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作意识。
• 英语四级或同等水平。
