Responsibilities

• Undertake teaching tasks for high school mathematics group classes, ensuring the effective delivery of the curriculum.
• Prepare lessons meticulously, design engaging teaching plans, and continuously optimize teaching content and methods.
• Conduct in-depth research on the high school mathematics curriculum and examination trends, provide targeted guidance to students for exam preparation.
• Actively participate in teaching research activities and professional development training to continuously improve your professional teaching level.
• Provide academic guidance and support to students, addressing their learning difficulties and promoting their comprehensive development.
• Maintain effective communication with students’ parents to jointly foster students’ academic growth and progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
• Possess a valid teacher qualification certificate is preferred.
• Strong foundation in high school mathematics knowledge, with a deep understanding of core concepts and problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage students effectively.
• A passion for teaching and a strong sense of responsibility, dedicated to student success and academic development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willingness to contribute to curriculum development.
