LED Chip Process Engineer

Salary: 15,000 – 25,000 RMB/month (13-month salary)

Location: Huaian, Qingjiangpu District

Experience: 5-10 years

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

• Summarize and analyze process abnormalities, and resolve quality issues.
• Improve equipment capacity and efficiency.
• Control material costs (new material verification, BOM correction, single-use optimization, etc.).
• Coordinate with production, equipment, and procurement departments to arrange new material trials and review evaluation results.
• Evaluate and approve engineering changes, new products, new processes, and process management documents.
• Monitor and correct optical performance deviations of equipment.

Both Senior Engineer and Engineer positions are available (salary negotiable). Professionals in LED chip manufacturing are welcome to apply!

Qualifications

• Experience in photoresist (yellow light) and sputtering processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, or Optoelectronics.
• No night shifts required.
• Good health, diligent, and responsible in work.

1、工艺异常的总结分析，解决品质异常；

2、设备产能提升；

3、物料成本控制（新物料验证、BOM修正、单耗优化等）；

4、协调生产、设备、采购安排新材料的试用以及评估结果审核；

5、工程变更、新品新工艺、工艺管理文件的评估审核；

6、机台光电性差异监控，修正机差；
