Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across various logistics segments, ensuring all tasks are completed on time, to quality standards, and within specified quantities, meeting key performance indicators.
• Supervise and manage personnel and equipment; regularly conduct skill and safety training for employees to ensure safe and orderly work execution, and to enhance their operational skills and efficiency.
• Coordinate relationships with clients at all levels, promptly handle abnormal situations, and provide follow-up feedback to ensure timely parts distribution.
• Responsible for 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) and safety management within the assigned area, ensuring the proper use of protective equipment, immediately stopping unsafe actions, and promptly eliminating safety hazards in the warehouse zone. Additionally, regularly inspect the maintenance and safety of operational equipment, and record and report any violations.
• Complete departmental inventory tasks, ensuring consistency between accounts and physical stock, achieving an inventory accuracy rate of 99.5%, and conducting daily inventory checks. Fulfill other temporary tasks assigned by management, meeting the required standards for each task.

1. 负责监管各环节的日常工作，确保各项作业按时、按质、按量完成，保障各项作业达到考核指标；
2. 负责人员及设备的监督和管理，不定期对员工开展技能、安全培训，确保员工安全有序的开展工作，促进员工提高业务技能及工作效率；
3. 负责协调各级客户关系，及时处理各环节异常情况，并进行后续跟进反馈，保障零件配送及时性；
4. 负责管辖区域的6S及安全管理，防护用品的穿戴，对不符合安全操作的行为及时制止，库区安全隐患及时排除；同时对操作设备日常维护及安全进行检查，对违规行为给与记录反馈；
5. 负责完成部门盘点工作，确保账实一致性，盘点准确率达99.5%以及日盘点工作的开展；完成领导安排的临时工作，达到领导对该项工作的要求。
