Senior Software Engineer (Backend/Full-stack)

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design and development of core business backend services, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers and front-end developers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize existing systems for improved performance, stability, and maintainability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct code reviews to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry best practices, and propose innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in backend development, with proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Go, Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in using common development tools such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Full-stack development experience (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) is a plus.
