Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for electricity sales within designated areas in various cities across Hubei province, actively developing the market.
• Identify and cultivate company agents to promote sustained business growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with regional clients to ensure long-term and effective cooperation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possess excellent agent management and leadership abilities.
• Experience in offline market development and expansion.
• Ability to effectively conduct business negotiations and client contract signing.
• Mandatory Requirement: Must own a vehicle and possess proficient driving skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates with existing relationships with local government or power supply entities, experience with industrial and commercial client resources, or sales experience in the electricity industry.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, no overtime required.
• Enjoy weekends off and full statutory holidays.
• Guaranteed base salary of 3,000 – 4,000 RMB, full reimbursement for travel expenses, and high commission.

1. 负责指定湖北各地级市区域内电力销售工作，开拓市场
2. 挖掘发展公司代理，促进业务持续增长
3. 维护区域客户关系，保持长久有效合作

任职要求：

1. 具备出色的代理管理和领导能力
2. 拥有线下市场开拓经验
3. 能够有效地进行商务谈判和客户签约
4. 硬性要求：需自有车辆，熟练掌握驾驶技能
5. 当地有政府或供电关系者优先，有工商业客户资源，电力行业销售经验者优先
6. 上班时间，9:00～17:30，无需加班，双休，法定节假日全休
7. 无责底薪3000-4000，差旅费用全额报销，高提成
