Procurement Specialist

Dazhong Chemical Industry (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is seeking a diligent and skilled Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong command of English and a solid understanding of procurement processes to contribute to our company’s success.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage domestic and international procurement orders.
• Communicate and coordinate daily affairs with suppliers, including facilitating discussions during international supplier visits.
• Implement procurement orders and contracts, ensuring adherence to specific procurement procedures.
• Prepare and confirm procurement orders, arrange shipments, and track delivery dates.
• Implement and refine cost reduction and control strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in procurement.
• Proficiency in English (CET-4 or CET-6 equivalent); strong reading, writing, and speaking skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.
• Enjoy a stable work-life balance with weekends off.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Monthly salary: 8,000 – 9,500 RMB.
• Comprehensive social insurance and housing provident fund contributions (五险一金).

Work Location:

No. 155 Anzhi Road, Jiading District, Shanghai, China.

岗位职责：

• 1、国内外采购订单下达及日常事宜沟通，国外供应商来访时沟通交流；
• 2、执行采购订单和采购合同，落实具体采购流程；
• 3、负责采购订单制作、确认、安排发货及跟踪到货日期；
• 4、执行并完善成本降低及控制方案;

职位要求：

本科及以上学历，1-2年相关工作经验，英语四六级，读写说流利，沟通能力强。

工作时间：

09:00 – 17:00，周末双休。

薪资福利：

月薪8000-9500元，缴纳五险一金。
