Sales Tool Product Operations Lead, In-Restaurant Division
Meituan’s In-Restaurant Business Unit manages the long-standing restaurant group-buying business, aligning with Meituan’s “retail + tech” strategy. Responsibilities
- Lead the operation of sales team tool products, covering sub-areas such as targets, expenses, merchant acquisition, ticketing systems, and commission rates, to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of daily sales operations.
- Based on sales and sales operations scenarios, produce Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) and drive the launch and iteration of systems to achieve process digitalization and empower efficiency improvements through product tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations or a related field, with familiarity in CRM, SaaS, B2B, or backend/middle-office related products.
- Possess acute product demand insight, capable of systematically understanding and articulating user needs through user research, data analysis, and demand analysis, and rapidly facilitating product implementation.
- Exhibit a “begin with the end in mind” work ethic, strong learning ability, and logical thinking skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of efficiently collaborating across departments and teams.
- Possess management experience in talent selection and utilization, with practical experience leading a small team to achieve objectives.

- 负责销售团队工具产品的运营,包含目标、费用、招商、工单、费率等子方向,帮助提升销售日常工作的效率和效果。
- 围绕销售、销运的工作场景,产出MRD,推动系统的上线和迭代,实现流程的线上化和产品工具赋能提效。
岗位基本需求
- 有5年以上产品运营相关工作经验,熟悉CRM/SaaS/B端/中后台相关产品。
- 有敏锐的产品需求洞察力,通过用户调研、数据分析、需求分析等方法,体系化理解和表述用户需求,快速推动产品落地。
- 具备以终为始的工作习惯,学习能力、逻辑思维能力强。
- 有较强的沟通协调能力,能够高效实现跨部门、跨团队的协同。
- 有选人、用人的管理经验,有带领小团队达成目标的实操经验。
