Salary: 12,000 – 15,000 RMB/month

Responsibilities:

• Deliver English language instruction to young learners aged 6-12, focusing on enhancing their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Conduct classes entirely in English using authentic teaching materials.
• Actively participate in school-organized teaching research, lectures, and meetings; contribute to curriculum development to improve course engagement and effectiveness.
• Show care and affection for students, ensuring a safe and supportive classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong affinity for children and a passion for the education industry, with insights into English language education.
• 1+ year of experience in early childhood English teaching or 1+ year of relevant work experience in the education and training sector.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from domestic or international institutions, with a major in English or related fields.
• Possess excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities (evidenced by IELTS/TOEFL scores or TEM4/8 certification).
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, and resilience under pressure.

岗位职责：

任职要求：

1．亲和力强、热爱教育行业，对英语教育行业有一定的见解；

2\. 1年以上幼儿启蒙英语教学经验或1年以上教育培训行业的相关工作经验；

3．国内外本科及以上学历，英语相关专业，具备良好的英语听说读写能力（雅思成绩或托福成绩/TEM4/8）

4．具备良好的人际沟通、团队合作能力；

5．较强的责任心、适应能力、抗压能力。
