Established in 2011 in Qingdao, Shangmei Intelligent Hotel Group is China’s 5th and the world’s 12th largest hotel management group and a leading new travel accommodation technology platform. Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall operational management of the hotel, ensuring the achievement of various operational targets.
• Develop and implement hotel business strategies, marketing plans, and operational procedures to enhance market competitiveness.
• Establish and maintain sound guest relations, resolve guest complaints, and continuously improve guest satisfaction.
• Manage and optimize hotel costs, control expenses, and improve profitability.
• Build and lead a high-performing hotel management team, provide professional training and development opportunities for employees.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining hotel brand image and service quality standards.
• Responsible for the overall safety and security of the hotel.
• Regularly analyze market data and industry trends to adjust operational strategies promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a General Manager or similar senior leadership role in a star-rated hotel.
• Thorough understanding of hotel operational processes, excellent leadership, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Strong business acumen, data analysis capabilities, and strategic planning abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage diverse teams.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with local market dynamics and cultural nuances is an advantage.

任职要求

• 酒店管理、工商管理或相关专业大专及以上学历。
• 5-10年以上酒店管理经验，其中至少3年以上星级酒店总经理或同等高级管理岗位经验。
• 精通酒店运营管理流程，具备卓越的领导、组织和协调能力。
• 具备敏锐的商业洞察力、数据分析能力和战略规划能力。
• 出色的沟通能力和人际交往能力，能够有效管理多元化团队。
• 具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力者优先。
• 能够承受工作压力，适应快节奏的工作环境。
• 熟悉当地市场情况及文化特色者优先。
