Salary Range: 15,000 – 20,000 RMB per month

Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our branch office/representative office. This role encompasses comprehensive operational management, including sales management, market management, e-commerce operations, and channel resource development.

• Oversee the overall operation and management of the branch office.
• Manage and guide Regional Managers or Business Managers to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Supervise and collaborate with a Technical Operations Specialist.

Qualifications:

• Aged between 30 and 55.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with a preference for 5-20 years in relevant fields.
• Prior experience in the food and beverage, maternal and infant, beauty, insurance, or various alcoholic beverage industries is highly preferred.
• Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sales is a significant advantage.
• Previous roles as a Regional Manager, Area Manager, or City Manager in FMCG are preferred.
• Strong understanding and experience in investment attraction (招商) and channel development (渠道建设).

Compensation:

Comprehensive monthly salary: 15,000 – 30,000 RMB or above, based on performance.

Work Location:

Approximately 210 meters northeast of Jinse Yangguang Kindergarten, Dongchang Road, Dongchangfu District, Liaocheng City.
