Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs and pain points to propose tailored automation solutions.
- Identify and engage with potential clients in the industrial and manufacturing sectors, expanding the company’s market share.
- Conduct product presentations and technical explanations to clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of our automation solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, contracts, and quotations while meticulously tracking sales processes.
- Collaborate closely with the technical and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are executed successfully.
- Actively participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to promote the company’s brand and generate leads.

Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Engineering, Automation, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in industrial automation, intelligent manufacturing, or a related technical sales environment.
- Familiarity with enterprise and institutional client sales processes.
- Demonstrated experience in direct sales (face-to-face/cold calling) and telemarketing is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and articulate them clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a strong sense of responsibility.
