Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Overseas Business Development Specialist to join our international trade team, focusing on chemical raw materials and products. This role is crucial in expanding our global market presence, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to our continuous growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, deeply understand product specifications, and evaluate potential suppliers.
• Proactively explore and acquire new clients, leveraging various channels to expand our customer base.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio and continuously promote company offerings to existing and prospective clients.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients through regular communication.
• Provide technical support by preparing and managing product-related documentation.
• Assist the business team with supplier questionnaire audits and other related tasks.
• Execute tasks as assigned by management and collaborate effectively with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Excellent proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office equipment.
• Basic understanding of international trade and import/export procedures.
• Possess a positive and optimistic outlook, with an outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
• Demonstrate a breakthrough spirit, strong professional ethics, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork.
• Highly responsible, proactive, and passionate about work.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, foreign language, or international trade industries is a plus.

Work Schedule

• Five-day work week (Monday to Friday) with weekends off.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.

全球贸易/进出口化学原料/化学制品

岗位职责：

1. 调研市场信息，能深入学习产品，了解供应商，开拓和搜索客户；
2. 熟悉公司产品，持续推广公司产品，持续保持客户沟通；
3. 处理产品技术支持文件，协助业务处理相关产品的供应商问卷审计等工作。
4. 服从公司领导的工作安排，配合部门间的协调合作，完成上级交办的其他事务。

岗位要求：

1. 本科以上学历，有良好的英语听说读写能力；
2. 熟练操作OFFICE等办公软件及相关办公设备，对外贸进出口流程有认知；
3. 正直乐观，外向热情，有突破精神，有良好的职业素养，具备沟通技巧及团队合作精神，有责任心、进取心及工作热情；
4. 有医药化工、制药类、外语外贸类从业经验者优先考虑，欢迎优秀应届毕业生，晋升通道畅通，平台稳定。

工作时间：

每周五天工作制，双休！9:00-17:30，中午休息1小时！
