HR & Recruitment Specialist – LED Display Industry

Are you a savvy recruiter with a keen eye for talent, ready to become our next “talent hunter” in the dynamic LED display industry? We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HR & Recruitment Specialist to join our vibrant team in Xi’an.

Responsibilities:

• Talent Radar Activation: Lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of positions within the LED display sector, including sales, R&D, production, and functional roles. Identify and attract top-tier industry professionals, ensuring we secure the best talent.
• Candidate Engagement Pro: Proactively source and engage with candidates across various recruiting platforms, professional communities, and industry events. Leverage your exceptional communication skills to build rapport and attract candidates to our company.
• Interview Director: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial screening to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Industry Intelligence Officer: Stay abreast of the latest trends and talent landscapes within the LED display industry. Provide strategic insights to inform and develop proactive talent acquisition strategies.
• Employee Experience Champion: Collaborate on optimizing recruitment processes to enhance the candidate experience, ensuring every applicant feels valued and confident in choosing our company.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally with a “headhunter” mindset and a proven ability to network effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to quickly establish rapport and build strong relationships with candidates is essential.
• Strong resilience and problem-solving abilities. We value creativity in tackling challenging recruitment needs over simply meeting KPIs.
• Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach. From resume screening to offer delivery, meticulous attention to detail is crucial for precision and effectiveness.
• Genuine passion for the LED industry, smart technology, or related fields is highly desirable.
