Electrical Engineer (Robotics)

Salary Range: 10,000 – 20,000 RMB/month

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Electrical Engineer to join our innovative robotics team in Shenzhen. This role is crucial for the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for our cutting-edge robotic parking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and PCB layouts for robotic systems and industrial automation equipment.
• Select and integrate electrical components, including sensors, actuators, motor drivers, power supplies, and control systems.
• Conduct electrical system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable and safe operation of robotic equipment.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, and controls engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other subsystems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, test plans, and assembly instructions.
• Participate in the full product lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to production and field support.
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in electrical design, development, or maintenance, preferably in robotics, industrial automation, or a similar field.
• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, Altium Designer).
• Strong understanding of motor control principles (e.g., servo motors, stepper motors, DC motors) and relevant drive technologies.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, EtherCAT, PROFINET).
• Experience with electrical installation, debugging, and troubleshooting of complex machinery.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

岗位职责

1、根据公司产品规划，负责电气部分的系统设计、硬件选型；
2、负责公司产品的电气控制柜/箱/台等电气图纸的绘制；
3、负责电气件的选型、编码建立及验证；
4、负责指导机械电气安装组装，并进行现场电气调试；
5、解决生产、调试、售后电气问题。

任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，电气自动化、机器人相关专业；
2、一年以上机器人相关设备（AGV、移动机器人、立体库、非标专机）电气设计、安装调试经验，熟悉电机控制系统；
3、熟练运用Eplan、AutoCAD等电气设计软件；
4、具有较好的电气故障判断和解决能力；
5、具较强的学习、分析、理解，以及独立解决能力；
6、工作认真负责，严谨细致，有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。
