Insurance HR Assistant
Salary Range: 6,000 – 12,000 RMB / month

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of personnel within the insurance team.
- Manage personnel files and records for team employees.
- Support in the formulation and execution of HR-related policies for the team.
- Monitor the work status of team members and provide relevant HR data support.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a certain level of HR management knowledge and experience.
- Familiarity with the insurance industry and relevant human resources laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, along with a strong team spirit.
- Proficient in office software, with some data analysis capabilities.
