Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall operation and management of cross-border e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Wish, etc.), including product listing, sales, and promotion.
• Develop, implement, and optimize marketing strategies and sales plans for products to improve rank and visibility.
• Monitor and analyze market data, competitor activities, and user behavior to identify new product opportunities and optimize existing product lines.
• Manage product pricing, inventory levels, and logistics to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze operational data, generate reports, identify problems, and propose solutions to continuously enhance operational efficiency.
• Handle customer inquiries and after-sales issues effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with product development and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product launches and inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in cross-border e-commerce platform operations.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent reading and writing skills (CET-4 or above preferred).
• Strong data analysis skills and logical thinking ability.
• Familiarity with cross-border e-commerce operational processes and rules.
• Possessing a strong sense of responsibility, excellent learning ability, and teamwork spirit.
• Candidates with experience in consumer electronics, automotive parts, outdoor sports, home and garden, or office supplies products are highly preferred.

岗位职责：

• 负责跨境电商平台（Amazon、eBay、Wish等）整体运营和管理，包括产品上架、销售及推广。
• 制定、实施和优化产品营销策略和销售方案，提升产品排名和曝光度。
• 监控和分析市场数据、竞争对手情况及用户行为，发现新产品机会，优化现有产品线。
• 管理产品定价、库存 levels 和物流，确保订单履行效率和客户满意度。
• 数据运营分析，产出运营报表及问题点，并提出解决方案，持续提升运营效率。
• 高效处理客户咨询和售后问题，确保客户满意度。
• 与产品开发、供应链团队协作，确保产品顺利上线和库存管理。

任职要求：

• 1年以上跨境电商平台运营经验。
• 英语熟练，具备良好的读写能力（CET-4及以上优先）。
• 具备较强的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力。
• 熟悉跨境电商运营流程和规则。
• 责任心强，学习能力强，有良好的团队合作精神。
• 有消费电子、汽车配件、户外运动用品、家居园艺、办公用品类产品经验者优先。
