About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our team as TRG Psychological Program Consultants. This role is crucial in introducing and delivering our innovative TRG psychological counseling model to a wider audience, including professional psychologists, family education instructors, and school teachers. Unlike conventional approaches that often fall short in addressing the root causes of psychological issues, the TRG model offers a comprehensive and integrated solution, emphasizing the underlying psychological factors and synthesizing various established therapeutic schools.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with potential course participants, actively listening to understand their unique psychological growth needs.
• Present and explain our curriculum, effectively communicating the value of our TRG model in an accessible manner.
• Guide and support participants throughout their learning journey, assisting them in applying the TRG principles and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Commit to ongoing professional development in psychology to enhance your diagnostic and advisory capabilities.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in psychology and a strong sense of empathy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clear logical thinking, capable of precisely matching participant needs with appropriate course offerings.
• A strong service-oriented mindset and a passion for supporting others’ personal growth.
• Prior experience in a related field is a plus.

目前主流的医学模式和普通心理咨询模式，都存在着严重问题，都没有能力也从来不提治本的问题，最终导致很多来访者对求助感到绝望甚至最后自杀。
医学模式的弊端，在于把心理问题看成是大脑问题，治标不治本，掩盖心理冲突。
普通心理咨询模式的弊端，在于只从某个（如精神分析、CBT、萨提亚、森田、EFT等）或某几个孤立的流派咨询咨询，看不见完整心理，也只有治标的能力。
公司正在推广新的可以超越医学模式和普通心理咨询模式的TRG心理咨询模式，重视心理原因，同时整合了四分五裂的咨询流派，可以给来访者提供改变整个心理结构的治本的方案。

我们想把TRG心理咨询模式以课程的形式传递给更多心理咨询师、家庭教育指导师、学校老师等

我们需要这样的你：

• 接待学员，用耐心倾听挖掘其心理成长需求；
• 结合课程体系，推荐匹配的学习方案，用通俗语言讲清课程价值；
• 跟进学员学习过程，协助解决落地难题，收集反馈优化服务；
• 持续学习心理学知识，提升专业判断能力。

你需要：

• 对心理学有兴趣，有共情力，擅长沟通；
• 逻辑清晰，能精准匹配需求与课程；
• 有服务意识，乐于陪伴他人成长（有相关经验者优先）。
