Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory (Nanning) to expand market share.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for premium baijiu products.
- Conduct regular market analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional activities and events.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and excellent customer service to clients.
- Manage sales accounts, including order processing, inventory management, and after-sales support.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to management.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the baijiu industry or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in local dialect (e.g., Cantonese or local Nanning dialect) and Mandarin.

- 负责公司酒类产品销售任务的完成;
- 负责自己所辖销售区域的销售渠道维护和开发;
- 负责所在区域的产品宣传推广(新品推广、陈列、宣传物料等)策划、组织与实施;
- 定期拜访客户,建立和维护客情关系;
- 完成领导安排的其他工作事项

- 大专及以上学历,专业不限,优秀应届生亦可;
- 具备一定的沟通表达、销售与组织协调能力,学习能力强;
