Full Job Description

Senior Financial and Tax Sales Consultant

Salary Range: 5,000 – 10,000 RMB/month

Location: Chengdu

Experience: 1-3 years

Education: No specific degree required but vocational/technical (Zhongzhuan) or higher preferred

Employment Type: Full-time

Number of Hires: Multiple openings

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively develop and maintain client relationships for financial and tax services.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions for accounting, tax, and licensing-related inquiries and services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective face-to-face interaction, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on the latest financial, tax, and industry regulations to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, tax consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with financial and tax policies in China is a significant advantage.
  • While no specific academic degree is strictly required, candidates with backgrounds in finance, accounting, or business administration are encouraged to apply.

任职要求:

  • 1-3年销售经验,财税服务或相关行业经验优先。
  • 具备良好的沟通、谈判和人际交往能力。
  • 积极主动,有责任心,有较强的执行力。
  • 能够独立工作,也具备团队合作精神。
  • 熟悉中国财税政策者优先考虑。
  • 中专或以上学历,财会、工商管理相关专业背景者优先。
