Job Description

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Tele-sales Supervisor to join our team! Experience in managing a stable telephone sales team is essential, particularly for long-term development in internet finance/micro-lending and insurance sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the team to achieve sales targets.
• Demonstrate excellent team management and coordination abilities.
• Enhance employee enthusiasm, cohesion, and execution.
• Train team members in sales skills, including client maintenance, sales scripts, and after-sales service.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience leading a tele-sales team.
• Proven experience and ability to directly manage a team, including training, guiding, and supervising their daily work.
• Capability to strategically set team performance targets and be accountable for their achievement.
