Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions, including sales, functional, and operational roles.

- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate suitability and fit for company culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and provide recruitment solutions.

Qualifications:
- A college diploma (Associate’s Degree) is required.
- Prior experience in recruitment or human resources is beneficial but not strictly required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and HR software is a plus.
