Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions, including sales, functional, and operational roles.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through diverse channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate suitability and fit for company culture.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and provide recruitment solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Actively participate in employer branding initiatives and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

• A college diploma (Associate’s Degree) is required.
• Prior experience in recruitment or human resources is beneficial but not strictly required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and HR software is a plus.
