Quality Control Director – Meat Products Factory Quality Management Expert

Salary: 10,000 – 15,000 CNY per month

Location: Shijiazhuang, Gaocheng District

Experience: 5-10 years

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Management System Establishment and Maintenance:
    • Establish FSSC22000/ISO9001 quality management systems, define quality objectives and policies, and develop work processes for continuous improvement of food safety management systems, quality control of raw and auxiliary materials, and food safety risk verification.
    • Organize internal audits and management reviews to verify the effectiveness of the management system.
    • Manage certifications and audits, including FSSC22000, HALAL, Kosher certifications, production licenses, and client audits.
    • Ensure the effective operation of the quality system, guiding and coordinating system implementation across departments, and evaluating implementation and effectiveness.
  2. Daily Management and Control:
    • Raw Material Management: Conduct supplier qualification reviews, develop internal control standards, and manage incoming raw material inspections.
    • Production Process Control: Establish quality standards for intermediate products, guide QA/QC in monitoring and verifying production environment and in-process product quality. Formulate and supervise the implementation of non-conformance prevention and corrective actions. Evaluate quality implications of process changes.
    • Product Quality Control and Non-Conforming Product Management: Organize the establishment of a product quality database, perform quality analysis, and propose improvement suggestions. Organize the identification, investigation, and handling of quality incidents, and evaluate solutions for non-conforming products.
    • Product Quality Standard Development: Organize expert meetings to develop enterprise standards for new products and manage enterprise standard registration.
    • IPQC Laboratory Management: Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of inspection data.
  3. External Communication and Coordination:
    • Responsible for confirming, verifying, investigating, analyzing, and following up on market quality complaints and customer feedback.
    • Engage in interactive communication with clients to meet their requirements and objectives, leading client information collection.
    • Handle on-site inspections from national government regulatory bodies.
  4. Personnel Training and Development:
    • Organize and conduct capacity building for the QA team, including training, guidance, assessment, and evaluation.
    • Provide professional training on food safety laws and regulations, national food safety standards, and industry standards.
    • Deliver employee quality awareness training, covering standardized operations, pest control, controlled substance management, and foreign object control.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality control management within a meat product factory, with team management experience and familiarity with factory processing workflows.
  • Data-sensitive, capable of effectively analyzing quality control data to enhance overall performance and quality.

职位描述

一、建立FSSC22000/ISO9001质量管理体系,制定质量目标、方针,制定食品安全管理体系持续改进、原辅料品质管控、食品安全风险验证等工作流程。

2. 组织内审、管理评审。验证管理体系有效性。

3. 认证及审核。FSSC22000、HALAL、kosher认证;生产许可证;客户审计。

4. 质量体系有效运行。指导、协调各部门体系运行工作,组织对执行情况及效果评估。

二、 日常管理工作

1. 原材料管理。供应商资质评审;制定内控标准;原材料来货检验管理。

2. 生产过程控制。制定中间产品质量标准,指导QA、QC对生产环境、过程产品质量监控、验证与评估。不合格预防和纠正措施的制定与督导执行。工艺变更质量评估。

3. 产品质量控制及不合格品管理。组织建立产品质量数据库,进行质量分析,提出改进建议。组织鉴定、调查和处理质量事件,评估不合格品处理方案。

4. 制定产品质量标准。组织专家会议,制定新产品企业标准,企标备案。

5. IPQC实验室管理。确保检验数据及时性、准确性。

三、 外部沟通与协调

1. 客户反馈及回复。负责市场质量投诉事件的确认、验证、调查、分析、处置和跟进。

2. 客户互动沟通,满足客户的要求和目标。主导客户信息收集。

3. 负责国家政府监管单位现场检查应对。

四、 人员能力培训

1. 组织开展QA团队的能力建设工作,包括培训、指导、考核和评价等。

2. 食品安全法律法规、食品安全国家标准、行业标准专业知识培训。

3. 员工质量意识培训,规范操作、虫害防控、管制品控制、异物控制等。

任职要求:

1.本科及以上学历,食品科学、食品工程等相关专业;

2.有肉制品工厂品控工作经验,有团队管理经验,熟悉加工工厂流程;

3.对数据敏感,能够很好地分析品控掌握侧数据,提升业绩质量。
