Project Leader / Senior Researcher, Synthetic Biology

We are seeking a talented Project Leader or Senior Researcher to spearhead innovative research and development in the production of novel bioactive substances. Responsibilities:

• Lead the research and development of novel bioactive substance production processes using synthetic biology techniques.
• Conduct advanced experimental research in synthetic biology, including but not limited to gene mining, cloning, recombinant gene expression, construction and screening of gene/protein libraries, gene knockout and manipulation, construction and optimization of synthetic metabolic fluxes, protein design and engineering, development of high-throughput enzyme activity assays, development of new host platforms, fermentation process optimization, and fermentation product separation and purification.
• Lead project teams and mentor junior team members in experimental research.
• Execute research tasks according to plan, including meticulous record-keeping, data organization, analysis, and laboratory maintenance, while providing regular progress reports.
• Perform patent analysis related to R&D projects, devise development roadmaps, draft patents and scientific literature, provide product or technical support, and conduct information surveys.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. degree in Fermentation Engineering, Molecular Biology, Genetic Engineering, Protein Engineering, Enzyme Engineering, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience and skills in molecular cloning and vector construction, microbial genetic manipulation (e.g., E. coli, Corynebacterium glutamicum, Actinomycetes, yeast, etc.), and metabolomics analysis.
• Strong abilities in experimental data analysis and summarization, with proficient English reading, writing, and scientific literature drafting skills.
• Stable temperament, high level of patience, strong sense of responsibility, meticulousness, commitment to continuous improvement, and excellent teamwork spirit. Possesses a diligent and responsible work ethic and a proactive, innovative scientific enthusiasm.

蛋白质工程基因工程分子生物学技术蛋白纯化工艺发酵工艺

岗位职责：

1. 以合成生物学技术手段实现新型生物活性物生产制备工艺的研究开发；
2. 开展合成生物学相关领域实验，包括但不限于基因挖掘、克隆、重组基因表达、基因库/蛋白库建设与筛选、基因敲除与操控、合成代谢流构建与优化、蛋白质设计与构建、高通量酶活性检测开发、新型宿主平台开发，发酵工艺优化，发酵产物分离纯化研究等相关实验；
3. 带领项目小组开发产品，指导小组成员进行相关实验研究；
4. 按计划完成科研任务，包括规范完成实验记录、数据整理及分析，维护实验室运行等相关工作，定期汇报研究进展；
5. 进行研发项目相关专利分析、开发路线布局，专利及文献撰写，产品或技术支持工作，信息调研等相关工作。

任职要求：

1. 博士学历，发酵工程、分子生物学、基因工程、蛋白质工程、酶工程、生物化学、微生物学等相关专业；
2. 具有分子克隆与载体构建、微生物（如大肠杆菌、谷氨酸棒杆菌、放线菌、酵母等）遗传操作、代谢组分析等相关技能经验；
3. 具备良好的实验数据分析和总结能力、较强的英文读写和科技文献撰写能力；
4. 性格稳重、富有耐心、责任心强、细致严谨、精益求精，团队合作意识强，具有认真负责的工作态度，积极创新的科研热情。
