Product Manager (Fluorescence Product Line)

Salary Range: 12,000 – 16,000 CNY per month (15 months/year)

Location: Haicang District, Xiamen

Experience: 3-5 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full lifecycle management of the company’s fluorescence product line.
• Conduct market research for new fluorescence products within the domestic market.
• Participate in product quality improvement initiatives for the domestic fluorescence product line, tracking and investigating post-launch product performance.
• Develop marketing strategies for the company’s domestic fluorescence product line.
• Responsible for channel management within the company’s marketing department.
• Assist the New Product Strategy Manager with medical academic analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biological sciences, Clinical Medicine, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar product management role.
• Familiarity with the characteristics of the POCT (Point-of-Care Testing) in-vitro diagnostics industry. Experience in organizing pharmaceutical/medical industry conferences or planning marketing activities is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and expression skills, strong teamwork ability, and experience in team management.

岗位职责：

• 1、 负责公司荧光产品线产品全生命周期管理；
• 2 、负责公司国内荧光产品线新产品市场调研工作；
• 3 、参与公司国内荧光产品线产品质量提升工作，跟踪调查产品上市情况；
• 4 、制定公司国内荧光产品线营销策略工作；
• 5、 负责公司市场部渠道管理工作；
• 6、协助新产品战略经理完成医学学术分析工作。

任职资格：

• 1、生物、临床医学类相关专业本科以上学历；
• 2、具有3年以上同岗位任职从业工作经验；
• 3、熟悉POCT体外诊断行业特点，具备医药等行业会议组织经验者、营销活动策划者优先考虑；
• 4、沟通表达能力强，团队协助能力佳，具备团队管理经验。
