Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for expanding international markets, focusing on client acquisition and market penetration.
- Forge and cultivate relationships with new overseas clients, identifying their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Actively participate in international exhibitions, industry conferences, and client visits to promote products/services and build brand recognition.
- Coordinate and facilitate the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final order placement, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities and industry trends, to provide valuable insights for product and strategy optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, production, and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are met and new product development aligns with market demand.
- Manage and resolve any pre-sales or post-sales issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or higher, with a major emphasis on international trade, business English, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated proficiency in English, enabling effective communication in both written and spoken contexts.
- Solid understanding of international trade processes, including export/import regulations, logistics, and payment methods.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse international clients.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in overseas sales or international business development is highly desirable.

岗位职责
- 负责公司国际市场的开发及客户开拓;
- 开发和维护新老海外客户;
- 参加国际性展会及拜访客户;
- 负责客户订单的洽谈、签订、跟踪及管理;
- 收集市场信息,了解竞争对手情况,为公司产品及策略优化提供建议;
- 与研发、生产、市场等部门协作,确保满足客户需求及新产品开发方向;
- 处理售前、售中、售后以及客户投诉等问题。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历,国际贸易、商务英语相关专业优先;
- 英语熟练,能够进行流利的听说读写;
- 熟悉国际贸易流程,具备相关专业知识;
- 具备良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和人际交往能力;
- 具备较强的工作责任心和团队合作精神;
- 有海外销售经验者优先。
