Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive technical support to enterprise customers for the company’s products.
• Handle technical issues and troubleshooting during product deployment, configuration, and operation.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and technical issues, report them to the R&D team, and follow up on resolutions.
• Prepare and update technical documentation, FAQs, and user manuals.
• Participate in product testing and provide insights for product optimization.
• Deliver technical training and guidance to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in technical support or a related role, preferably in a B2B software or IT services environment.
• Proficiency in Linux operating systems and strong command-line operation skills.
• Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, etc.) and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with database operations (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and SQL query capabilities.
• Knowledge of commonly used middleware technologies (e.g., Tomcat, Nginx, Redis, Kafka) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a significant advantage for international collaboration.
