Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies focusing on market expansion and sales growth.
- Lead and manage a team of sales and service professionals to achieve targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching and training, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market analysis to senior management.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong interest in market development, sales, and management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
