Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies focusing on market expansion and sales growth.
• Lead and manage a team of sales and service professionals to achieve targets.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching and training, and foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market analysis to senior management.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Strong interest in market development, sales, and management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
