Salary Range: 6,000-10,000 RMB · 14-month salary

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our workforce in Zigong. This position requires a proactive HR professional with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration to ensure a productive and compliant work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead local frontline business recruitment, ensuring the achievement of hiring targets. This includes integrating recruitment resources and channels, scheduling candidate interviews, summarizing recruitment challenges, proposing优化 recruitment system and process improvements, and completing comprehensive recruitment analysis reports.
  • Manage employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and internal mobility, while proactively mitigating associated risks.
  • Oversee attendance and leave management, as well as employee record keeping (including collection of resignation forms, monthly shift schedule verification and archiving, and special personnel management).
  • Conduct HR data statistics and analysis, including maintaining employee rosters and analyzing entry/exit trends.
  • Collaborate with the local HRBP lead to address employee complaints and labor disputes, ensuring compliance and minimizing employment risks.
  • Assist in employee welfare initiatives and culture building efforts, including planning, organizing, hosting, and executing monthly employee care activities.
  • Participate in company culture development, fostering a positive work environment and atmosphere aligned with corporate values.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or higher; candidates with batch recruitment experience preferred.
  • 1+ year of relevant human resources work experience.
  • Proficient in various office software and communication tools.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and experience in handling employee relations (ER) cases.
  • Good picture design and copywriting skills, with strong written communication abilities.
  • Possess strong affinity, proactivity, clear logical thinking, a high sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and strong teamwork ability.

  1. 负责属地业务一线招聘目标达成,整合招聘资源渠道,邀约人选面试,总结招聘中存在的问题,提出优化招聘制度和流程的合理化建议,完成招聘分析报告;
  2. 负责员工的入、离、调、转的办理、异动管理、风险预防;
  3. 考勤休假管理及档案管理(含离职单收集,月度班表签字检查存档及特殊人群管理等);
  4. 数据统计与分析(花名册、入离职分析);
  5. 协同当地HRBP负责人受理员工投诉及劳资纠纷,规避用工风险;
  6. 协助员工关怀及氛围打造,完成每月关爱活动的策划、组织、主持和落地;
  7. 参与公司企业文化建设工作,营造符合企业文化的员工工作环境和氛围。

任职要求:

  1. 大专及以上学历,有批量招聘经验优先,1年及以上人力资源相关工作经验;
  2. 具备熟练掌握各类办公软件和宣传工具;
  3. 熟练掌握【劳动法】,有ER-case处理经验;
  4. 具备一定的图片设计和文案表达能力,文字功底扎实;
  5. 亲和力强,积极主动,逻辑思维清晰,具有强烈的责任心,优秀的沟通能力及团队协作能力。
