Salary: 14,000 – 16,000 CNY/month (13-month salary structure)

Job Responsibilities:

• Organize and guide the accounting for the petrochemical headquarters and its subsidiaries.
• Review accounting vouchers for the headquarters’ finance department accounts.
• Prepare and submit consolidated financial flash reports and financial statements.
• Analyze financial data and compile financial analysis reports.
• Organize the declaration of financial budgets and final accounts for the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) and the Ministry of Finance, and be responsible for the consolidated portion.
• Bear direct compliance responsibility within the scope of duties, assist the department head in fulfilling compliance responsibilities, promptly report compliance risks, and accept compliance department training.
• Regularly review and optimize financial processes to improve efficiency.
• Complete other tasks assigned by senior management.

Qualifications:

• Dedicated to work, law-abiding, strictly adhering to professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand work pressure, and possessing excellent teamwork spirit.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields, with comprehensive professional knowledge and strong financial analysis skills; at least 5 years of accounting experience.
• Possess a professional technical qualification of Intermediate Accountant or above; CPA/CFA/ACCA qualification preferred.
• Proficient in computer applications; good comprehensive writing skills, capable of independently drafting work reports; good Mandarin and English proficiency; excellent communication skills.

岗位职责:

1. 负责石化本部及下属企业的会计核算的组织及指导工作；
2. 负责本部财务部核算账套的会计凭证的审核；
3. 负责合并财务快报、财务报表的编制及上报；
4. 负责分析财务数据，撰写财务分析报告；
5. 负责组织国资委、财政部财务预决算报表的填报，并负责合并部分的填报工作；
6. 承担职责范围内的直接合规责任，配合部门负责人履行合规职责，及时报告合规风险，接受合规部门培训；
7. 定期对财务流程进行审查和优化，提高财务工作效率；
8. 完成上级领导交办的其它任务。

任职要求:

1. 爱岗敬业，遵纪守法，严守职业道德，责任心强，能承担工作压力，具有良好的团队合作精神。
2. 大学本科及以上学历，财务、会计等相关专业，较全面的掌握专业知识，善于财务分析；从事会计工作5 年以上。
3. 具备中级会计师以上专业技术职务资格；具备CPA/CFA/ACCA资格优先；
4. 熟悉电脑应用；具备较好的文字综合能力，能独立撰写工作报告；普通话、英语良好；具有良好的沟通能力。
