Responsibilities:

• Responsible for quality management throughout the entire painting process, including raw materials, production processes, and finished product inspection.
• Develop, implement, and optimize painting process quality control standards and operational procedures.
• Monitor and analyze painting quality data, identify quality issues, and organize troubleshooting and improvement initiatives.
• Lead and participate in painting quality problem analysis (e.g., 8D reports), identify root causes, and propose corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and other departments to ensure smooth product development and process implementation, meeting quality requirements.
• Provide quality technical support and training to painting production line personnel.
• Participate in external audits (e.g., ISO/TS 16949) and internal quality system audits.
• Responsible for managing and maintaining painting quality inspection equipment and tools, ensuring their accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in quality control or process engineering in the automotive painting industry.
• Familiarity with various automotive painting processes (e.g., electrophoresis, primer, topcoat) and common quality defects.
• Proficiency in quality management tools and methods (e.g., 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently address quality issues.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of teamwork.
• Proficiency in using professional software like AutoCAD, CATIA, etc. is preferred.

任职要求：

• 本科及以上学历，材料学、化学、汽车工程等相关专业。
• 1-3年以上汽车涂装行业质量控制或工艺工程师经验。
• 熟悉汽车涂装的各项工艺（如电泳、中涂、面漆）和常见质量缺陷。
• 熟练应用质量管理工具和方法（如8D、FMEA、SPC、MSA）。
• 具备较强的分析和解决问题能力，能独立处理质量问题。
• 良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
• 熟练使用AutoCAD、CATIA等专业软件者优先。
