Salary Range: 8,000-16,000 RMB/month

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets within the designated regional area (Wenchang, Qionghai, Wanning, Qiongzhong).
• Develop distribution channels and assist dealers in maintaining relationships with key retailers in the region, conducting regular client visits.
• Organize and execute promotional activities as per company requirements, including experimental demonstrations, observation meetings, and retailer conferences.
• Collaborate with dealers to provide technical promotion and service support.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural material sales.
• Associate degree or higher.
• Age 40 or younger.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong service-oriented mindset.
• Possess robust team collaboration spirit.
• Exhibit high enthusiasm for sales work, with agile thinking and a willingness to pursue high earnings.
• Strong learning ability and a commitment to deep cultivation and development within the agricultural materials industry.

职位描述

地推销售门店销售面销/陌拜零售/批发农/林/牧/渔

工作职责:
1、负责区域内销售目标完成工作；（文昌、琼海、万宁、琼中）
2、开发渠道网络，并协助经销商维护区域内核心零售商，定期拜访客户；
3、按照公司要求开展试验示范、观摩会、零售商会议等推广工作；
4、与经销商共同开展技术推广服务工作。

任职要求:
1、有5年以上农资销售经验，大专以上学历，年龄40岁以下，带车有驾照
2、具备良好的沟通技巧和服务意识，有较强的团队协助精神
3、对销售工作有较高的热情，思维敏捷，勇于挑战高薪
4、学习能力强，愿意沉下来在农资行业深耕发展

薪资待遇:
