Responsibilities:

• Develop and promote medical software products in the market.
• Aggressively expand new pharmacy clients, proactively identify market growth opportunities, and uncover new demands.
• Accurately understand clients’ business requirements and discern the needs of relevant personnel, effectively managing the progress and outcome of project business negotiations, including contract signing and payment collection follow-ups.
• Utilize all necessary development methods, including cold calling, field sales, and online promotion.
• No performance ceiling; offers high commissions with 25% of sales revenue.
• No restrictions on development regions.
• Commissions are settled daily, not carried over to the next month.

1. 医疗软件的市场开发和推广
2. 开拓药店客户，主动挖掘市场增量，挖掘新需求；
3. 准确理解客户方的业务需求，并准确判断相关人员的需求思路，有效控制项目商务谈判的进度与效果；包括合同签订，回款等流程跟进；
4. 开发方式不限：陌拜、地推、线上推广等形式不限；
5. 无业绩限制，高提点，销售额25%；
6. 不限开发区域；
7. 提成日结算，不跨月。
