As a Jewelry Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to mass production. Your expertise in design software and comprehensive understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes will be crucial to our innovation and success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of new jewelry products, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and manufacturability.
• Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and marketing to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct feasibility studies and material selection for new designs.
• Optimize existing product designs for improved performance, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and materials to foster continuous innovation.
• Provide technical support and problem-solving during the production phase.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in jewelry product development or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, Matrix, or other relevant 3D modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes, materials, and finishes.
• Ability to translate design concepts into production-ready specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
