Responsibilities
As a Property Project Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of property operations, ensuring that service quality meets the highest standards. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and implementing property management plans.
- Overseeing daily operational activities.
- Coordinating relationships with owners, tenants, and suppliers.
- Resolving emergencies and unforeseen issues.

Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of property management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Project Manager or equivalent role.
- Mandatory: Must have experience as a property manager for a shopping mall.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, capable of effectively managing teams and coordinating multiple resources.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, able to quickly respond to various complex situations.

- Familiarity with property management regulations and industry standards.
- Local Shanghai籍 (local native) preferred for better understanding of the local market and culture.
