Responsibilities

As a Property Project Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of property operations, ensuring that service quality meets the highest standards. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and implementing property management plans.
• Overseeing daily operational activities.
• Coordinating relationships with owners, tenants, and suppliers.
• Resolving emergencies and unforeseen issues.
• Optimizing work processes and improving customer satisfaction.
• Regularly reporting on project progress and financial status.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of property management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Project Manager or equivalent role.
• Mandatory: Must have experience as a property manager for a shopping mall.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, capable of effectively managing teams and coordinating multiple resources.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, able to quickly respond to various complex situations.
• Excellent customer service orientation, capable of handling and resolving customer complaints.
• Familiarity with property management regulations and industry standards.
• Local Shanghai籍 (local native) preferred for better understanding of the local market and culture.

【任职要求】

• 拥有物业管理、房地产或相关领域的大专及以上学历。
• 至少5年物业管理经验，其中至少3年担任项目经理或同等职位（必须要有商场物业经理经验）。
• 出色的沟通交流能力和组织协调能力，能够有效管理团队并协调多方资源。
• 强大的解决问题能力，能快速应对各种复杂情况。
• 优秀的客户服务意识，能够处理并解决客户投诉。
• 熟悉物业管理法规和行业标准。
• 本地籍贯优先考虑，以便更好地理解当地市场和文化。
