Job Description

This role focuses on production planning and management within the metal products industry, with a strong emphasis on ISO9000 standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the production line’s progress, ensuring production activities align with the established plan.
• Supervise employee operations to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and maintaining high production quality.
• Responsible for inspecting the operational status of equipment and facilities, promptly coordinating and resolving any issues.
• Participate in the formulation of production plans, proactively forecasting material reserves and identifying potential production risks.
• Implement standardized management practices to continuously enhance production efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, with a comprehensive understanding of production processes and quality assurance systems.
• Possess strong communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively problem-solving and driving efficiency.
• Demonstrated experience in team management, with the ability to guide and direct employees in various tasks.
• Proficient in commonly used office software and production management software.

2. 监督员工的操作流程，确保操作规范和生产质量。
3. 负责检查设备设施运转情况，随时协调处理问题。
4. 参与制定生产计划，提前预测物料储备和生产风险。
5. 实行标准化管理，不断提升生产效率和产品质量。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，机械、电子等相关专业。
2. 5年以上生产管理经验，熟悉生产工艺和质量体系。
3. 有较强的沟通和协调能力，能有效解决问题并追求效益。
4. 具备团队管理经验，能够指导员工做好各项工作。
5. 熟练掌握常用办公软件及生产管理软件。
