We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior/Lead Market Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Guangzhou. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, managing key client relationships, and driving business growth within the financial sector, particularly in the bond rating landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute market expansion strategies for bond rating projects, including corporate bonds, short-term commercial papers, medium-term notes, and asset-backed securities.
• Conduct thorough market research and information gathering to identify new business opportunities and formulate effective marketing strategies.
• Develop and nurture relationships with issuers, investors, and channel partners, ensuring robust client acquisition and retention.
• Proactively maintain relationships with historical clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Achieve and exceed market performance targets set by the company.
• Establish and maintain strong communication channels with relevant regulatory bodies in the region, including the People’s Bank of China, National Development and Reform Commission, China Securities Regulatory Commission, China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission.
• Manage and expand relationships with key regional channels, such as commercial bank headquarters/branches, securities companies/branches, accounting firms, and law firms.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the department head.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. Exceptional candidates with relevant experience may be considered with a relaxed educational requirement.
• Demonstrated understanding of relevant national laws, regulations, and policies.
• Minimum of two years of relevant market marketing experience in the financial industry. Experience in banking, brokerage, or investment banking is highly preferred. Exceptional candidates may be considered with a relaxed experience requirement.
• Proven market development skills and capabilities, including strong planning ability and keen market responsiveness.
• Possession of a strong professional network and client resources is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with client development and management processes.
• Strong passion for sales, ability to work under pressure, and capacity to maintain high work intensity to achieve established goals.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.

岗位职责:

1. 负责企业债券、公司债券、短融、中票、资产证券化等债券评级项目的业务拓展、相关市场的信息收集、具体营销策略制定、发行人及投资人客户与渠道拓展、历史客户维护等，完成公司下达的市场业绩指标；
2. 负责区域内相关监管部门（人民银行、发改委、证监会、保监会等地方机构）沟通联络；
3. 负责区域内渠道（商业银行总行/分行、证券公司/分公司、会计师事务所、律师事务所等）营销、维护；
4. 完成部门安排的其他工作。

任职要求:

1. 金融、管理、经济、市场营销相关专业本科及以上学历（特别优秀者可以放宽要求），熟悉国家相关法律、法规和政策；
2. 二年以上金融行业相关市场营销工作经验，有银行、券商、投行等相关工作经验优先考虑，特别优秀者可以放宽要求；
3. 具备良好的市场拓展素质和能力，具有较好的策划能力及对市场反应的敏锐能力，有良好的社会关系网络及客户资源优先；
4. 具备良好的沟通和谈判技巧，熟悉客户开发、管理等运作规则，热爱销售工作，能承受一定的工作压力和工作强度并保证既定目标的实现，能适应经常出差；
5. 品行端正、诚实守信，敬业、有责任心，自信心强，工作态度积极主动，具备团队合作精神，有强烈的事业心和创新开拓精神。
