Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ophthalmic and optometry examinations, including visual acuity, refraction, slit lamp examination, fundus examination, ocular pressure measurement, and other routine eye tests.
• Accurately diagnose common eye diseases and refractive errors, and develop appropriate treatment and correction plans.
• Responsible for medical optometry, including the accurate fitting of eyeglasses, contact lenses, and specialized lenses such as orthokeratology lenses and functional multifocal lenses, and provide professional guidance on their use and care.
• Participate in the treatment and rehabilitation of amblyopia and strabismus, and guide patients through visual training exercises.
• Familiarize with and apply various eye health management technologies and equipment, ensuring their correct and safe operation.
• Provide health education and professional advice to patients on eye care, myopia prevention and control, and other common eye health issues.
• Responsible for managing patient medical records and data, ensuring their accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderly arrangement of the examination room and equipment.
• Participate in regular medical training and academic exchanges to continuously improve professional skills and knowledge.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

• Junior College (Associate’s Degree) or above in Optometry, Clinical Medicine, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in optometry, ophthalmology, or a related clinical setting is preferred.
• Possess relevant professional qualifications, such as Optometrist Certificate or equivalent.
• Proficient in ophthalmic and optometry examination techniques and equipment operation.
• Solid professional knowledge of eye diseases, refractive errors, and eye health management.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills and patient service awareness, able to patiently answer patient inquiries and provide professional advice.
• Diligent, responsible, meticulous, and possesses good professional ethics and team spirit.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new medical technologies and knowledge.

岗位职责

• 负责眼科及视光科的全面检查，包括视力、验光、裂隙灯检查、眼底检查、眼压测量等各项常规眼部检查。
• 准确诊断常见眼病和屈光不正，并制定合适的治疗和矫正方案。
• 负责医学验光配镜，包括眼镜、隐形眼镜以及角膜塑形镜、功能性离焦镜片等特殊镜片的精准验配，并提供专业的佩戴和护理指导。
• 参与斜弱视的治疗和康复训练，指导患者进行视觉训练。
• 熟悉并掌握各类眼健康管理技术和设备，确保其正确、安全操作。
• 为患者提供眼部保健、近视防控等眼健康知识宣教和专业咨询。
• 负责患者病历和数据管理，确保信息的准确性、完整性和保密性。
• 维护检查室和设备的清洁、整齐。
• 参与定期医疗培训和学术交流，不断提升专业技能和知识水平。
• 完成上级交办的其他任务。

任职要求

• 视光学、临床医学等相关专业大专及以上学历。
• 具备1-3年视光、眼科或相关临床工作经验者优先。
• 持有眼科视光师资格证书或同等资质。
• 熟练掌握眼科及视光检查技术和设备操作。
• 对眼部疾病、屈光不正及眼健康管理有扎实的专业知识。
• 具备良好的诊断和解决问题能力。
• 良好的沟通能力和患者服务意识，能耐心解答患者疑问，提供专业建议。
• 工作认真负责，细致严谨，具备良好的职业道德和团队协作精神。
