Job Title: Telephone Sales Specialist – Loan Products

Salary Range: 20,000 – 30,000 CNY/month (includes base salary of 8,000 CNY)

Location: Shanghai – Jing'an District – Nanjing West Road (Chengdu North Road 333)

Responsibilities:

• Utilize company information platforms to conduct outbound calls to loan applicants for professional consultation and follow-up.
• Invite prospective clients for in-person meetings to assess their financial status and loan eligibility, matching them with suitable loan products.
• Facilitate the signing of loan service contracts and meticulously collect necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with the operations department to ensure smooth loan processing and completion.
• Engage in post-loan management and maintain strong client relationships to generate referrals from existing clients.

Qualifications:

• Gender-neutral; strong ambition for high earnings is highly valued. Prior experience in finance or telemarketing is a significant advantage.
• Possess an outgoing, positive, and articulate personality with excellent business negotiation skills.

职位描述

岗位职责：

1. 借助公司信息平台，以电话沟通的方式向申请贷款的客户做回访电话，提供专业咨询服务；
2. 邀约客户上门，对客户的财务状况及贷款能力进行评估，进行贷款产品匹配；
3. 与客户签订贷款服务合同，收集资料；
4. 配合运营部同事，协助完成贷款；
5. 做好贷后管理，维护客户关系，获取老客户转介绍。

任职资格：

1. 性别不限，有挑战高薪的欲望，金融、电销工作经验优先；
2. 性格开朗，积极向上，善于言谈，有良好的商务谈判技巧；
3. 具备良好的沟通能力、影响力、团队合作力和自我激励能力；
